The Horn Lectureship Series presents "Is Noah's Ark on Mt. Judi? Report from the Andrews University 2024 expeditions to East Turkey" by Randall Younker, PhD.
When looking at the question of where Noah's Ark landed, there are two mountains that rise to the top of the lists: Agri Dagh (called Mt. Ararat by many) in eastern Turkey and Mt. Judi to the southwest of Agri Dagh. Mt. Judi is still favored by many Muslims and Christians today. The Andrews University team was able to get to the ark landing site on Mt. Judi and discovered some fascinating things concerning the ark's landing place. These details will be shared in the lecture.
The lecture will take place on Monday, Oct. 14, 2024, at 7 p.m. in the Seminary Chapel at Andrews University. This event is free and open to the public. Andrews undergraduate cocurricular credit will be offered.
